At PathWells Foundation, we create supportive experiences that help individuals with special needs build confidence, discover their strengths, and find their place within the community.
Meet Our Participants
Luca is one of our dedicated volunteers who has been gaining valuable pre-employment experience through PathWells Foundation. Through supportive workforce opportunities and partnerships with local high schools, he has been able to build skills in a real world setting while being supported in an inclusive and encouraging environment.
By participating in hands on work experiences, mentorship, and skill building activities, individuals like Luca develop confidence, independence, communication skills, and workplace readiness. These experiences provide a safe space to learn, grow, and discover personal strengths while making meaningful contributions to the community.
