PathWells Foundation was created to provide supportive workforce experiences for individuals with special needs. Our goal is to help each participant build confidence, life skills, and a sense of purpose through hands-on learning and community connection.
We understand that not every individual is ready for traditional employment, and that is okay. PathWells meets individuals where they are and gives them opportunities to grow at their own pace.
